About the College
Vedanta College, Mumbai was established in August 2010, as a Not-for-Profit institute by Vedanta Foundation. Vedanta Foundation is a CSR arm of Vedanta Industries, promoted by Shree Anil Agarwal. The college was started with the objective to make quality education easily accessible to the most needy. Affiliated to University of Mumbai, Vedanta College offers a combination of conventional and specialized degree courses.

The Placement Assistance Team is a Non-Profit organization which was established on 21st June, 2020 in collaboration with Career Incubator. There are 40 Students actively working in the Placement Cell. PAT is a student-run body formed with the motive of providing the ample opportunities to the needy students of our college as well as community.

We’re now a decade old into academics and incredibly proud of the outcome. We’ve placed over 875 students between 2010-2022 through in-house programs.
Vedanta College also offers scholarships to financially backward and meritorious students. Students are provided with both a government and institute scholarship.
